1) Sprinkle confectioners sugar lightly over bottom of Truffle bowl, forming a small well
2) Crumble half of the brownies into the well, and coming slightly above the confectioners sugar line
3) Spoon half of the Chocolate Pudding over the brownies
4) Spoon Cool Whip over the pudding
5) Repeat all layers starting with the brownies, ending with the Cool whip
6) Using a spoon, make several peaks on top of final layer of Cool Whip
7) Place Candy bar in a zip lock bag, smash with a hammer
8) Sprinkle candy bar pieces in the hollows of the Cool Whip Peaks
